Shameem leads the Dispute Resolution Team. Shameem is responsible for the management of the department and acting for clients with any dispute.

David is a Senior Partner of Kirwans. He has 45 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.

Krysztie is a solicitor with experience in civil litigation. Krysztie has a range of experience dealing with all aspects of litigation, including Landlord & Tenant, Property Damage, EL/PL and General Litigation.

Harriet is a solicitor with widespread experience in civil litigation. Harriet has a range of experience in dealing with all aspects of personal injury litigation encompassing RTA, accidents at work, occupiers’ liability claims, accidents in care homes and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority Claims.
